In September one of our oldest books "The Dramatic Story Of The Sheffield Flood" celebrates 10 years in print. In our opinion still one of our best books it has sold around 10,000 copies. It success lies in the way the Victorian Sheffield Flood is narrated by Peter Machan and the vivid illustrations of Eric Leslie. Virtually all Sheffield schools use this book when telling the story of this event. 

Sadly Eric is long retired so he will not be doing any further books for us(we have tried!) but Peter Machan will release his "Pocket History of Sheffield" in 2010.
